Attorney Kristina Sanders-Brown practices in the areas of family law, adoption, personal injury, guardian ad litem, criminal defense and CHIPS cases. She has experience representing thousands of clients in these matters.
Since her first day of practice, Attorney Sanders-Brown has been on the list for public defender appointments and holds a Guardian ad Litem contract with Winnebago County. This allows her to represent the best interests of children in CHIPS cases and adults in need of Guardianships and Protective Placement or Services. In these matters, Sanders-Brown serves as an advocate for those who need a voice (as they maneuver taxing life transitions).
For over ten years, Attorney Sanders-Brown has routinely secured the compensation her clients deserve in personal injury cases and has protected the rights and interests of clients in family law matters. Due to her goal to serve as a fierce advocate for her clients, she has an extensive track record of obtaining the case outcomes clients hope for.
Attorney Sanders-Brown graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science. After college, she attended law school at Thomas M. Cooley Law School while participating in internships at the Public Defender’s Offices in both Ann Arbor, Michigan and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She graduated from law school with a degree of Juris Doctorate in 2008.
Following graduation, Attorney Sanders-Brown began her career working for an Appleton criminal defense law firm. She then opened up her own criminal defense firm, Kristina M. Sanders-Brown Law Office, LLC. in 2010. In 2016, she became partners with Attorney Amanda Bellville and formed Belville & Brown, LLP. The firm later merged with David K. Sparr & Associates, S.C., creating Sparr, Bellville & Brown, LLP in 2020.
Attorney Sanders-Brown is an active member of numerous professional associations, including the Wisconsin Bar Association and the Winnebago County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice (WAJ) and the American Association for Justice (AAJ) which both aim to promote an honorable justice system for the well-being of (current and future) clients.
